1. What technology do Trakkers lead retrieval systems use?
Trakkers lead retrieval systems utilize state-of-the-art technology allowing show producers to make use of barcode, MagStripe and RFID technologies. Trakker’s P304Pro badge reader operates by scanning industry standard PDF417 2D barcodes; MagStripe badges are read with Trakkers’ mPod unit; and our new tagPort reader transfers information using RFID technology. After leads are captured, they are saved into a comma-delimited ASCII file for exhibitors to transfer into popular contact programs.

2. What benefits does the exhibitor have with Trakkers systems?
Not only will use of Trakkers units provide the exhibitor with a flexible and reliable system, exhibitors get immediate access to their leads. Moreover, exhibitors are able to customize our Data Capture units to their specification, in addition to using custom follow-up action codes. The ability to custom use our systems and qualify leads gives exhibitors the power to improve their turnaround time back to their leads at the show.

4. How do I print 2D barcoded badges?
If your current database is Windows-based, chances are it will be able to incorporate 2D barcode printing, and we can direct you to the proper sources to add this feature. If you have no current database system in place, we can provide a basic package that will contain name, address, phone, fax, and comment information and print 2D barcoded badges at no cost to you. We can assist you in customizing your badges and program for printing tickets or coupons for a small one-time programming or software fee.

5. What is a Certified Service Provider (CSP)?
For a one-time fee, your staff receives comprehensive training in all aspects of managing the Trakkers lead retrieval service and onsite technical support. With this highly profitable option, we also provide the proprietary software for the Trakkers Easy-Scan onsite inventory control system, the Trakkers demonstration video tape and technical assistance printing 2D barcodes. A CSP can purchase or lease equipment, and or provide Trakkers equipment and service without the cost of a Trakkers person onsite.

6. Who will manage the set up and distribution of the equipment?
Onsite management is a function of Trakkers personnel or a CSP. The onsite team will prepare, test, distribute, support, receive, ship and pack all the units and interact with exhibitors during and after the show to insure the high level of customer service which has become a hallmark of Trakkers .

7. What are your partnering plans?
Trakkers offers 3 levels of strategic partnering.
- Full Service Provider
Also known as our “hassle-free” rentals, Trakkers will contract with you as a service provider. Trakkers will rent systems directly to your exhibitors. You print the badges. We do the pre-show marketing, administration, order processing and onsite customer service and technical support. Trakkers will prepare, test, distribute, inventory, demonstrate, support, receive, ship and pack all units. We do require that you provide the onsite counters, telephone and electrical as well as airfare and hotel accommodations for the Trakkers support personnel. There are flexible revenue sharing options available with this plan. - Partner Rental
The second option is that you rent the equipment from Trakkers and do your own marketing and administration. We will supply marketing materials at cost and work with you to create a significant stream of income for your show. Your certified staff and/or fee paid Trakkers personnel will manage the onsite inventory and prepare, test, distribute, inventory, demonstrate, support, receive, ship and pack all units. We require that you provide the recommended additional temporary staff, onsite counters, telephone, and electrical, as well as airfare and hotel accommodations for the Trakkers support personnel. - Partner Sale or Lease
The third option is the purchase or lease of Trakkers equipment. As an incentive to purchase, we offer a lease back agreement whereby we would lease the equipment back from you if it is available when we need it. With a purchase, you receive the comprehensive Certified Service Provider training, the proprietary Trakkers Easy-Scan onsite inventory control software, Trakkers video demonstration tapes and technical assistance printing 2D bar codes. Leases are an option available to Certified Service Providers.
